My role focuses on driving digital transformation, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless integration across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the digital channels strategy in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of innovative digital banking products and services.
• Drive the UI/UX redesign of digital platforms to enhance usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the Plastic Card Unit, ensuring continuous product innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance across card-related services.
• Manage Open Banking initiatives, enabling secure API integrations and fostering collaboration with fintech partners.
• Supervise end-to-end delivery of major initiatives such as remote onboarding, instant payments, automated loan application, and card management services.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure system security, performance, and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to guide data-driven improvements and strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, fintech providers, and internal stakeholders to accelerate digital innovation and delivery.
