Yair Bitton is the Founder and CEO of Geine Capital Ltd., a global hybrid investment and strategy firm bridging technology, capital markets, and infrastructure. With a proven record across private equity, fintech, B2B SaaS, and global e-commerce, Yair leads cross-sector growth initiatives that merge finance, innovation, and execution. Previously serving as CEO, Deputy CEO, and VP Investments at a Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TA-90)-listed holdings group, he directed multimillion-dollar investments in real estate, energy, aviation, and national infrastructures. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Airpark Ltd. and Upsellon Brands Ltd., and as Member of the Board of Directors at Minvtach Shamir Ltd., one of Israel’s largest and most established holding companies. He also held the position of CEO at IES Aviation Ltd., overseeing strategic aviation investments and operational growth. Earlier in his career, Yair served as Chief of Staff to the Director-General and the Minister of Finance of Israel, leading national fiscal strategy and regulatory reform across energy, telecommunications, and real estate. A decorated Israeli Air Force officer and helicopter pilot, he brings strategic discipline and precision to every venture. Yair holds an MBA in Startup Investment from the Hebrew University, an M.A. in Diplomacy and Security from Tel Aviv University (with honors), and a B.A. in Government, Politics & Technology from Ben-Gurion University. Recognized by Forbes “30 Under 30”, and the recipient of multiple national Excellence Awards, Yair embodies leadership that fuses vision, integrity, and execution — empowering companies and governments to evolve beyond boundaries.
