Methods to achieve this goal: connect the in-house development team to all areas of museum activity; cultivate a community of financial support around the museum; convert pioneer patrons into annual patrons through thoughtful relationship building and by means of national, state and local incentive programs; establish a range of giving programs for individuals; and implement a comprehensive CRM that unites various activities of the Museum into one system. Selected projects/contributions: - Launched MUJ Patronos – in October 2022, with the active cooperation of the board, launched MUJ Patronos, a membership group for donors with the capacity to give R$50.000+ per year; over R$2 million committed by 1 December 2022. - Lei Rouanet fundraising – raised R$7,532,000, or 99.6% of the maximum approved by the federal government in 2022, in new resources from companies through incentive laws; renewed 5 sponsorships from 2021 with a value of R$3,710,287; doubled the number of sponsors of the the Museum in comparison to 2021. - Veevart Implementation – implemented Salesforce-based tool designed specifically for museums; converted 18 years of donor data into a dynamic resource for day-to-day use by the museum staff; the Museu Judaico was the first museum to use Salesforce technology for fundraising and ticketing.
