Oct. 2023Aside from creating and writing content for the Diesel LinkedIn page, I participate as needed in agency pitch meetings by providing sales support, preparing presentations and sample work projects, pulling research and applicable data in order to demonstrate our ability to serve our clients well. My role in the following clientele includes: Led the re-brand initiative for The Hub Garage inclusive of; photo and video shoots, logo and color palette development, website reskin and an experiential tactic we called "The Cup Car" (a life-size cup made out of coffee cups). At request of the CEO, served as the Chief of Staff of The Hub Garage and was asked to lead the marketing of their for-profit branch, Vehicle Remanufacturing. Collaborated in the development, production and project management of the American Heart Association video for the “Go Red for Women” campaign, video contributing to the $272.87 million raised in 2024. This video also went on to win a “Gold Telly” award, the top honor awarded by the Telly Awards, recognizing the most exceptional entries in video and television production from around the globe. Led the strategy, positioning, brief writing, and account management for Caris Assure’s cancer-detecting blood test campaign. They were so thrilled with the work, they came back to us concept their hero image for their tissue-based test. Serve as the Account Lead on any GE HealthCare business across multiple modalities including: o Work closely with global and regional in-house marketing and product management leaders to align strategies and support market acceptance of new products. o Lead the creation and distribution of content and creative assets for various online and offline channels, including their global trade show materials. o Coordinate, execute and traffick multi-million-dollar media buys. • Produced a 4-day brand photoshoot for Abbott’s Custard, a nationally recognized family owned custard brand.

I mention that because for such a small team we created an incredibly beautiful brand with high caliber content. Here’s how I personally contributed: Successfully led the development and implementation of the brand across all marketing channels including print, web, blog, email, social and influencer partnerships. Produced (14) print and video photoshoots of the seasonal jewelry and handbag collections in which the Ambassadors utilized for their in-home trunk shows. Created Marketing campaigns leveraged by the Sales Department which improved performance in web traffic, social media engagement and following, resulting in increased brand awareness and new customer acquisition with a sales outcome of $4.4M - $15M within 4 years. Traveled to gather photo and video content of our Artisans in Ethiopia and Guatemala . Defined and distributed effective social media campaigns and collateral, resulting in $1.6M in revenue from Meta and $40K in revenue from Instagram during my tenure. Implemented a project management system (Asana) that improved overall communication and efficiency across a fast-growing company. In fact, Noonday Collection was #45 on the annual Inc. 5000 list, which ranks the fastest-growing private companies in the United States in 2015.
