I have helped develop a few of the systems and processes while I was with Aivee Group which includes, but not limited to, the following:
• Online reporting of Doctors’ Incentives on Non-Surgical Procedures
• Introduced a system to monitor payables and cheques released and allow collaborative effort from team to keep this system updated
• Introduced a simpler way to report daily sales and keep all relevant information intact for future analysis
• Automated a lot of the companies’ reporting including their A/R (Receivables) reporting
• Provided an accurate means of pricing that measures both profitability of each of the product lines / treatments as well as the feasibility of said pricing in the current market relevant to our competitors’ price offering
• Kept a close monitoring of the entities’ profitability using estimated KPIs and kept all Clinic Managers in check with their individual branch performance
Managed the finance team in the HQQ as well as the clinic / non-clinic staff and mentored supervisors to improve report quality and efficiency and allow a more managed approach to leading the team.

Some of my responsibilities included the following:
• Prepared monthly management accounts with supporting schedules and variance analysis
• Prepared the Annual Accounts File with supporting schedules and accounts analysis
• Prepared the annual budget both for management accounts purposes and for sales commission / bonus purposes
• In-charge of credit control and prepares weekly report to monitor customer accounts and cash availability
