Mar. 2009 - Feb. 2010Company Profile Listed Financial Services Provider in the Micro Lending Industry Responsibilities include Manage the KPA's of Subordinates (14 Strategic Business Units - 45 staff members) Manage growth of the area Manage the achievement of set targets in Sales, Credit Control and Applications Identify new growth opportunities Develop marketing plans and manage implementation (with Corporate assistance) Develop working knowledge of opposition Develop knowledge of loan demographics Management of Staff Manage and control staff levels i.e. appointments, dismissals and rationalization Productivity and Performance Motivation at all levels Discipline at all levels Management of all Policies and Procedures pertaining to the Branch Training and Development Identify needs at all levels Organise Training i.e. Training Department or on-the-job Training Assess and maintain standards Administration Branch Administration Maintenance Requirements Security Asset Management Uniformity of Branches i.e. tidiness, correct marketing material, etc. Operations Administration Account investigations Audit variance reporting Corrective action Cost Controls Manage staff levels Manage asset requirements Telephone account management Stationery management Communication Daily Branch calls to ensure open communication Create and maintain a sound working relationship with branch managers Create and maintain a sound working relationship with head office staff Branch visits at least three times per month per branch Convene and hold bi-monthly Branch Management meetings Regular information sharing with Regional Manager
