Procurement Assisted the procurement specialist with processing the payment for items supplied. Ensured that procurement requisition is complies with stock card and vendors invoice complies with requisition. Monitor procurement documents for payment to ensure at least 3 quotes from vendors, selection justification and note to file included, signed and dated but appropriate signatories Liaised with procurement staff in ensuring transactions are in line with the purchasing Order and project payment terms. Scrutinized supplier’s invoices to ensure calculation accuracy. Logistics Liaised with the events coordinator on event planning and assisted with administrative and financial reconciliations, verification and documentation for effective and prompt disbursement. Ensured that events form is filled properly, signed and dated by appropriate authorization, while also ensuring that Hotel bills for events are audited and paid on a timely manner. Review Hotel accommodation and travel agency bills for accuracy before forwarding to Admin Manager for authorization. Administration Managed email correspondence internally and externally. Managed and monitored service providers contracts to be in line with policy and purchasing agreement.
