Ensure HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements are adhered to across all locations.
Oversee audits and reporting to ensure compliance with employment laws.
Implement data security and confidentiality measures for employee records.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits programs, including medical aid, pensions, and incentives.
Address payroll discrepancies and benefits escalations.
Technology & Process: Oversee HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to automate HR tasks and reduce manual work.

Employee Experience & Case Management:
Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction by improving HR service response times.
Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and document management.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team to improve service quality.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and IT to align HR operations with business needs.
Manage relationships with third-party HR service providers.
