• Conducted daily sales call.
• Achieved the yearly banquet sales target with average of AUD 1 million dollar / year.
• Reported directly (daily report) to General Manager regarding the progress of sales department in achieving the sales target.
• Promoted the latest offers to the customers and made booking arrangement for them.
• Greeted walk-in guests and made a quote according to their inquiry.
• Arranged the preparation of quarterly wedding exhibition. This involved coordinating with the event organizer, wedding vendors, marketing team, hotel management, housekeeping and utilities in setting up the venue.
• Joined the trainings given by the management team regarding Accor’s value, handling complaints, table manner, leadership, etc. In some occasions I also helped the MICE Manager in the wedding preparation. This activities include dealing with the vendors (decoration, photography and video, souvenirs, event organiser, etc.). I also helped the MICE Manager in supervising the arrangement on the wedding day.
