Managed a staff of five people. Combined 12 separate product brochure into more manageable three catalogs with unified brand appeal and design. Managed startup of Inside Sales and Training departments (that did not previously exist). Oversaw trade show exhibit makeover and added specific show rebate promos. Create customer training classes to help distributors better sell product. Unified look of all company collateral incorporating "Whatever It Takes" theme. Trade show promotions generated $5 million in new annual revenue. Enabled company to move from 50th to 18th largest exhibitor at World of Concrete Show. Created new training classes showed distributor sales increases of 25%. Inside Sales department grew from zero to $3 million annually. News releases were regularly picked up by industry publications.
