I have been working with various small business clients for over 15 years including a renovation company, service businesses, contractors and small manufacturers. For the clients I have now and have had in the past, I act as bookkeeper and Accountant for them completing all financial transactions up to and including Financial Statements and their respective taxes. My past experience includes setting up companies, entering transactions and maintaining a complete General Ledger, calculating and maintaining payroll, invoicing and A/Rec payments and adjustments, budgeting, entering A/Pay and doing cheque runs, calculating and submitting WSIB, HST and payroll remittances, cost accounting and general ledger transactions and preparing T1 and T2 returns. I currently use Quickbooks Online/Desktop and various Wolters Kluwer CCH/Cantax programs. I am Quickbooks online certified and have experience using programs such as Outlook (and other email programs), Microsoft Office, Sage, Teams and others.
