P'tit CaribouFood and Beverage Manager
Dec. 2021 - May. 2022Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, CanadaThe p’tit caribou is the most famous after ski bar in all Canada, bar and restaurant for after ski and nightclub after diner is done, I was the venue manager reporting to GM and owners. Managing a team of 30 to 40 bartenders, bar backs, doorman, and kitchen staff.
My missions consisted in focusing on customer experience as it is one of my biggest asset, and I had to make sure all employees were doing their jobs perfectly. I also was in charge of VIP from booking to their arrival.
Training was also one of my assignments, as closing procedures like: closing and counting till, making tips, check cleaning procedures, and close the all place as I was, most of the time, the last one to leave.
Great seasonal experience.
