Designed the HR induction slides for CARE, highlighting important aspects from the staff handbook. Designed the humanitarian guesthouse rules and SOPs for the northeast and it was approved by the humanitarian team lead and the safety and security manager. • Organized several health talks on different subjects such as mental health, breast cancer, work life balance and reproductive health among others to help improve staff welfare and efficiency. • Responsible for all national staff recruitment from gab analysis, Job adverts, longlisting of candidates to Interviews, background checks, contracting and onboarding while ensuring transparency and equity. • Responsible for updating and periodically sharing of recruitment trackers and staff list. • Responsible for interpreting the organizations policies to all new staff. • Maintaining all-staff files and ensuring they are up to date, following up on the completion of mandatory courses and filing certificates. • Ensuring a positive working environment by managing staff grievances and properly handling PHSEA cases.
