Designed and implemented a company-wide risk measurement and active management process to reduce corporate, business and operational risk to a manageable level in line with Corporate Governance requirements. o Gave strategic input to the National Procurement Department. o Directly involved with the roll-out of DSFM into Africa which included market research, feasibility and viability studies of the Botswana and Namibian markets. This required the formation of new companies, development of business plans and intellectual capital (Know-how) transfer and training. o Actively involved with Private Public Partnership contracts across various stages from RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Price), BAFO (Best and Final Offer), Preferred Bidder and on an Implementation and Operational Level. o Served as a Trustee for D&S Provident Fund.
