Key Responsibilities & Achievements: - Ideated, developed, and launched a culinary magazine focused on Mozambican cuisine, food culture, and cooking techniques—offering value to both amateur cooks and industry professionals. - Oversaw the entire lifecycle of the publication—from content planning and recipe development to editing, design, printing, and distribution. - Built and managed a local contributor network, collaborating with chefs, writers, and photographers to maintain high-quality, culturally resonant content. - Grew the magazine’s readership from zero to nearly 30,000 regular readers over 14 years, making it one of the most recognized culinary publications in the country. - Delivered consistent value to readers by emphasizing practical, locally-sourced recipes, food education, and cultural storytelling—fostering a strong sense of community and culinary identity.
