Manage a New product development-process (new pet food products). Prepare reports and presentations on brands (for past and future periods). Lead cross functional teams on assigned business or project development initiatives (events, promotions etc). Manage timeline, budget and roadmap. Working with Research and Development, Marketing, Trade marketing team, Sales team, Design agencies, Marketing agencies, Finance, Breeders, Production, Quality, Supply departments etc. Develop consumer and retail promotions to accomplish annual target. Analysing the main competitors, refreshing product range, increasing brand penetration.
