The job included heavy emphasis on networking and involvement of sports teams, community groups and companies to create programs to encourage courageous kids fighting cancer to Never Ever Give Up.
*Developed, implemented and managed Community & Auction programs to raise >$400,000 annually.
*Successfully worked with companies (Kendra Scott, Tommy Bahama, GoPro, Total Wine and more) and donors to build relationships for increased donations and involvement.
*Surpassed revenue goals annually with increases in revenue every year.
*Launched relationships with Professional Sports teams (Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, San Jose Sharks, Anaheim Ducks), College (UCLA, Clemson, University of Utah) and athletes(Jordan Palmer, Nick Punto, Skip Schumaker, Olympians and more) & high school sports teams to create more than 200 events to benefit kids fighting cancer over 5 years.
*Oversaw relationships with hospital staff nationwide, including CHOC, Rady's, Loma Linda, Miller Children's, UCLA Mattel Children's, Kaiser and more) to create events involving professional athletes.
*Coordinated with Anthem Blue Cross, Hospitals across California, Nevada & Colorado and professional athletes to create multi state hospital tour, including participation of Anthem Blue Cross Presidents.
*Developed innovative programs for the continued involvement of all community groups and companies.
*Worked daily in Salesforce to record and maintain contacts, companies and hospitals.
*Personally managed orders for hospitals nationally.
*Obtained, created, maintained and compiled over 1500 Auction items (over 5 years) ranging in value from $250 - $5,000 per item. Worked directly with entire team to manage flow of auctions in conjunction with program portion of all events.
*Developed and maintained relationships with auctioneers/donors to generate optimal revenue.
