Having an MA in Educational Technology (Instructional Design) program and more than 9 years of teaching experience, I am interested in the ways people learn and perform. Developing learning programs tailored to personal needs and abilities is one of my primary goals and passions. As a versatile Instructional Designer I can: - Conduct a needs analysis - Write measurable objectives based on the learners’ needs - Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - Conduct a thorough research - Analyze and synthesize information - Design and develop storyboards of courses or training - Design and develop training programs tailored to the client’s needs using an ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and AGILE models. - Design and develop courses and training programs using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Studio 13, Camtasia, and SnagiIt software - Learn quickly and break things down in a way others can learn the information I am also interested in the performance improvement process: analysis of causes and reasons for bad performance and finding solutions to improve it.
