Among my accomplishments, I have: ➥ Led a 7-person marketing and demand generation team to increase annualized lead generation by 10%+. ➥ Set growth and performance benchmarks, established analytics to monitor key performance criteria, and consistently evaluated the reach and impact of marketing campaigns ➥ Developed, tracked, and optimized the brand vision, identity, and roadmap across all channels and customer touchpoints. ➥ Revitalized the brand via new stories, guidelines, visual direction, and messaging strategies. ➥ Accelerated the development of demand and lead generation campaigns. ➥ Collaborated with a new digital agency to overhaul the strategy governing social media, PPC, and SEO marketing. ➥ Sourced and qualified a new PR agency to support the company’s product launches and thought leadership via targeted speaking opportunities, bylines, and interviews in select business and trade publications. ➥ Developed go-to-market strategies for new products, including: positioning, messaging, customer journey optimization, and campaign building. ➥ Partnered with the sales team to create sales presentations, marketing materials, and campaign collateral. ➥ Ensured the seamless integration, adoption, and utilization of Marketo across the enterprise. ➥ Reorganized the team to position the right people in the right roles and reverse low group morale.
