I am an experienced filmmaker, editor, and producer with over 15 years of professional activity in documentary and fiction cinema. I have directed, produced, and written multiple award-winning films, including Natália, a Diva Trágicomica, Estórias, Noite de Santo António, Couto Mixto, and Filhos de Tuga with an estimated combined 1 million spectators, and recipient of selections and prizes worldwide. My work has also been broadcast on major Portuguese networks, including RTP1, RTP2, RTPi, and RTP África. In addition to filmmaking, I founded and currently direct the Cinalfama Lisbon International Film Festival, promoting independent cinema and community engagement through cultural projects and educational programs. I have extensive experience in video editing for film, corporate, and institutional content, as well as in pedagogy, having led workshops and projects with schools in partnership with the National Cinema Plan. Fluent in English and French, I combine strong creative vision with technical expertise in directing, editing, production management, and storytelling, delivering high-quality audiovisual content for both broadcast and digital platforms.
