To facilitate change / transformation of group initiatives through the effective communication and implementation of the EE plan, WSP and transformation forum.
To ensure timeous and accurate HR, payroll remuneration and benefits administration that enables quality decision-making and meets peoples’ needs.
▪To maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders through service support and enabling delivery and implementation of operational strategy.
▪To ensure the delivery of the HR strategy, reporting requirements, projects, scorecard targets and goals to co-manage financial and human resources through cost consciousness, planning, business reviews and other relevant forums.
To play a key developmental and supporting role with Operations in ensuring IR issues are dealt with consistently and effectively
Management of staff members according to HR Best Practice and Policies: recruitment, induction, task setting and delegation, performance appraisals and feedback, development planning, managing leave schedules, succession planning, rewards & recognition and IR issues
Management of departmental resources to deliver on the technical requirements within Projects and general day to day operations Conduct informal coaching with immediate staff and other stakeholders
