As the strategic lynchpin of a studio internationally recognised for world-class creative work, I led organisational planning, workforce forecasting and creative resource casting to support that growth while maintaining creative standards. Beyond operational leadership, I fed into briefs, attended creative reviews and acted as a trusted sounding board to teams, with colleagues regularly seeking my perspective on talent, team dynamics and delivery approach. I partnered closely with Finance on annual budget planning and scope review, embedding commercial discipline alongside creative excellence.
