Thomas Becker has more than 15 years of professional experience in project management, business consulting, and digital business processes. In his current role as Managing Partner of Calluna UG in Hamburg, he is responsible for the company’s strategic development as well as the operational implementation of complex client projects. In parallel, he serves as a partner at IR-ONE AG & Co. KG, a specialized consulting firm where he previously held several leadership roles – including COO and Director of Consulting & Project Management. His career began after completing a commercial apprenticeship and a degree in business administration with a focus on investment and balance sheet analysis. Earlier roles included positions in sales support, client advisory services, and project management within various consulting and media companies. As the owner of his own consulting firm, he also gained entrepreneurial experience working independently. Thomas Becker brings strong expertise in project and process management. He advises companies on optimizing internal workflows, implementing digital solutions, and developing brand strategies, particularly in the areas of e-commerce and CRM. He also has in-depth knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and performance marketing.
