At a project level, I would handle the entire process from start to finish, Develop costings, manage budget, manage resources and scheduling, personally deliver the products to clients and handle billing once project was complete and delivered. I am also required to report project progress to all stakeholders, from clients, project director and team members. At the business level I formalised, structured and installed new performance review process for all of the employees. Developed and structured IDP's for each employee. I am also the go to person for all employees if they have any issues or needed help with anything. I also created an environment where learning is seen as a necessity, one could not just come to work and just do their job. I believe it important to always keep learning. From a financial point of view I assisted the company owner with not only project budgets but company ones too. I also had to do cash flow forecasting and profit forecasting.
