With over 30 years of experience in brewing and distilling, I am a passionate and skilled leader in the field of liquid innovation. As the Senior Vice President - Brewmaster at Lion Brewery, I oversee the quality and development of a diverse portfolio of beers and spirits, ranging from traditional lagers and ales to craft brews and premium liqueurs. I have a proven track record of creating and launching successful new products that meet the needs and preferences of different markets and consumers. Some of my achievements include developing a beer made from cassava for the African market, which won multiple awards and increased sales and profitability, and creating a spirit cooler gin and tonic that was recognized as the best spirit mixer in the world in 2020. I also have extensive experience in managing and optimizing the technical aspects of brewing and distilling, such as raw materials, packaging, quality control, and sustainability.
