Feb. 2016 - Nov. 2016Marketing Assistant; • Managing Marketing team's Annual balance with the HR • Managing Marketing team's business travel options such as (Visa, Flight, Accommodation) etc.. • Organizing the Marketing team's Market research visits • Archiving all necessary documents such as (Contracts, Packaging designs, Legalities) etc.. • Maintaining office maintenance as well as office efficiency • Managing Marketing team's logistics needs • Supporting marketing events as well as promotional activities • Handling meetings arrangements (Location, negotiation of quotation, arrangements with sales if needed, menu selection, and transportation) • Handling Marketing director's budget as the department's • SAP Management Trade Marketing Support; • Coordinate with different teams to support execution of a new product • Identifying new potential clients to increase distribution penetration • Supporting brand objective achievement in trade channels • Maintaining & following up on products needed in all channels in warehouse • Handling the logistics of the product distribution throughout all warehouses • Managing Point of sales material • Ensuring packaging quality for all new & old products with suppliers • Managing TM budget. CSR Assistant; • Supporting with internally communicating all sorts of company development news • Managing the execution of internal activations; Coming up with the theme, managing logistics of products to be used & its transportation • Managing Ramadan Charity project; Ramadan Iftar ( Menu selection, venue selection, price negotiation, branding, gifts & products to be distributed ) • Supporting the team with the delivery of services to the intended • Support the network events program (Workshops, network meetings, CEO level events) • Administration support and inputs to a range of ongoing projects • Such other duties that may be required from time to time. (Travel arrangements, SAP management, pitty cash flow)
