Jan. 2007 - Dec. 2008ATP is a non-profit organisation which organises training courses for the unemployed, in order to reintegrate them in employment.
As the manager of their office in the city of Ploiesti, since the very first day they opened, i was responsible for:
Establishing a relationship with the AJOFM (the government institution that regulates work laws, gives accreditations, stipulates requirements for jobs), in order to obtain government accreditation for the courses we were organising.
Finding qualified teachers and supervising their activity (both writing the course support that was to be accredited and their teaching)
Finding proper venues for the practical part of the course (such as beauty salons, restaurants, hotels, tourism agencies, IT companies, cane and fork lift suppliers, that were approved by the AJOFM)
Advertising the courses, and making sure the required number of students was met before the start date.
Managing student files, accounts and payments
Organising exams
Working together with different employers to provide now qualified staff.
Presenting daily, monthly, annual situations to the head office in Constanta, Romania.
