I contributed across the roadmap as needed: backend (NestJS, Node), frontend (React), partner integrations, refactoring, debugging, etc. Key achievements: Refactoring: reorganized 4 core domain entities → reduced query latency by 10x, freed up DB CPU, accelerated feature development. Took over an unreliable module and migrated an obsolete library. New feature: developed the “payees” module in parallel to the original payer-oriented application, reusing and adapting existing features for end clients. Built a PDF export and integrated a partner via its API. Management & mentoring: trained and upskilled my 3-person team, achieving the company’s highest velocity. Mentored 6+ developers (junior and senior). Quality & clean code: applied Domain-Driven Hexagonal Architecture and CQRS; enforced strict code reviews (systematic testing, zero-comment policy).
