As the Head of Human Resources at SingularityDAO Labs, a leading blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) company, I was responsible for driving the company's culture, wellbeing, and talent attraction strategies. I led the HR department processes and people management initiatives, while championing an open, embracing culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout the organization. I have almost 20 years' experience in international recruitment, global mobility, talent management, and emerging markets, working with clients from around the globe and across various industries. I am passionate about connecting and working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives, and I have a strong interest in travel, environment, and social impact. I am proficient in developing and implementing HR policies and practices that are cost-effective, feasible, and compliant with established standards, in order to achieve organizational goals, enhance employee development, and improve performance. My primary areas of expertise include strategic HR planning, talent management, employee engagement, and training and development. I also have a solid business acumen and competencies in project management, financial planning, sales and marketing, budget management, and business development. I work tirelessly to deliver lucrative outcomes for all my stakeholders.
