Conduct heavy calendar management, and plan and manage projects, travel, meetings, and events. • Proactively identify potential issues and create mitigation and contingency plans to ensure the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of meetings, travel, events, and projects. • Managed chargeback processing efficiently using SAP. • Collaborated with prominent companies including CVS, Walgreens, Costco, TJMaxx, Marshalls, Winners, and Burlington. • Expertly resolved technical issues, either through personal troubleshooting or by coordinating with the IT support team for comprehensive solutions. • Arrange complex, detailed travel plans, and coordinate all travel domestically and internationally for the CEO. • Lead multiple, concurrent projects. Including project planning and managing deadlines, risks, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery. • Partner with internal team members to identify root causes, redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities, driving the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. • Build and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers, providing support and maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion of sensitive, critical, privileged, and proprietary information. • Assist HR, interviewing prospective candidates, conducting new hire orientation, and exit interviews. Maintain and update all employee files. • Utilize relationship-building and sales skills to conduct presentations with clients. • Liaison between CEO and all buyers for order changes, scheduling, technical issues, etc., and assist payroll by billing buyers for all services. • Create internal materials, communications, and digital posters for employee events. • Track inventory and sales via Excel. • Manage customer files, updating invoices, bills, and contact information.
