•Ensured that equipment was functioning properly and that sanitation and safety regulations governing food facilities were followed and enforced.
•Streamlined day-to-day kitchen operations by standardizing procedures, optimizing staff schedules, and updating supply chain processes to improve efficiency and maintain compliance with health standards.
•Facilitated onboarding and training of new members and food entrepreneurs, ensuring smooth integration into the commissary environment
while reinforcing compliance with rigorous safety and operational protocols.
•Refined inventory management protocols and renegotiated supplier agreements, ensuring uninterrupted kitchen operations while controlling costs and supporting client success.
