Jun. 1994 - Feb. 2002In the Rio Grande Valley, at age 16, I graduated high school and took a job for a marketing and production company called Media Connection. Media Connection would eventually become Tele Video and move to San Antonio. I started as a P.A. / Grip / Gopher and eventually became the Senior Editor and Supervising Producer. TeleVideo produced various regional and national Spanish Television programs. En Persona, En Concierto, Dimelo and Que Loco, which aired on Galavision, and Tejano Country and TVTV, which aired throughout Texas. I was intimately involved, and often lead all of those productions. This is how far back I go... I learned how to edit going tape-to-tape, with a switcher, and a Video Toaster. Eventually we got a few AVID's. Although I have been exposed to every side of the production business, my strongest talents have always been producing and editing.
