Established new innovative business models and customer delivery innovations to be able to remove plastic from the supply chain. Built sustainability strategy and road map, closed knowledge gaps with education materials, built business canvas and GTM proposal for 4 new and innovative business models to the board, designed and ran research for selected pilots. Researched, distilled and produced the 'Future of Retail report' for Axis Retail Partners, a commercial real estate company with £500 million AUM and part of the Generali Group. Coordinated extensive qualitative and quantitative research study across 4 markets, surveying n=4000 consumers, n=200 retailers & interviewing 17 KOLs in to a designed 60-page report. Distilled key insights into elements of the future of retail, provided insights on emerging retail models and demonstrated where sustainability will play a role alongside other predicted developments. Founded the lifework brand, established brand guidelines, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, built and launched social channels and developed and executed content strategy. Chaired and orchestrated the BLab assessment process for lifework over an 18-month program of work to be awarded Bcorp certification and a score of 96.2.
