Grew the Amsterdam office from 8 to 55 people and €5m turnover in 5 years (including one office move). Established client base by building and leveraging my personal network and heading wins of €6m+ of business in new clients such as Uber, Uber Eats, Uber for Business, N26, Adidas, Heineken, Philips, Red Bull, Mövenpick, TomTom, Qiagen, Barclays, Heineken, Johnson & Johnson, GRI. Acting as subject matter expert in these accounts employed strategic capabilities to establish, inspire, nurture, mentor and accelerate teams around each account. Led development of client road maps building strategic relationships to influence and guide clients through key decision moments. Generated €1.1m of incremental revenue from new from existing clients by establishing a new discipline and additional skills within the agency to include 13 management consultants in a data-driven customer-centric consultancy department. Learned high levels of commercial awareness and financial literacy enabling accurate budgeting and forecasting building local P&L and contributing to regional and global P&Ls. Recognising stages of growth (8-15, 15-25, 25-35 etc.) and need to evolve the shape of the agency, the disciplines (planning, creative, design, social and content, insights and strategy), established a board and leadership team to foster and evolve our culture. Nurtured profile of agency by establishing PR relationship, developing events calendar and building IP and thought leadership out in the market.
