Artist
Self Employed- Fine artsArtist
May. 2004NYCI work with drawing and painting on paper and canvas - as well as build sculptural paper assemblages. Artist Statement Softening the line between naturalism and abstraction, inspired by textures in the stratum of landscape, and guided by intuition, I develop dense compositions and unexpected palettes. I am interested in how our environment depicts time through layers of growth and decay, and how this can serve as a visual metaphor for our own internal worlds. Both are in constant states of change – morphing and diverging to meet the needs of the present situation.
