I work across all departments to manage and communicate operational directives, set priorities within our product roadmap, as well as lead and influence strategic decision making throughout our company. My teams and I tackle high-impact solutions to drive revenue growth, product excellence, and monetization strategies for Proxibid, including a focus on emerging partnerships and verticals. In partnership with Sales, we create go-to-market strategies within each line of business and capture important market feedback that allows us to evolve our offerings over time. We work as a team to scope custom solutions for top clients and oversee the project build as well as the partner's on-boarding process. In addition to my day-to-day operational role, I am a part of Proxibid's executive team and lead key initiatives on behalf of our company and in partnership with our CEO. In this position I was responsible for developing key relationships and conducting diligence efforts that led to the strategic acquisition of Wavebid in December 2018. I also played a key role in the investor presentations, relations, and diligence efforts that led to the ultimate acquisition of Proxibid, Inc. by TA Associates to become a part of the Auction Technology Group (ATG) family of brands in February of 2020.

I am responsible for being the key channel of information from the business to our board and investors, in addition to our CEO. I work in conjunction with internal product experts in addition to industry consultants to advance our business needs and drive productivity against key initiatives. This role builds upon my tenured Proxibid experience and deep rapport within critical teams to progress projects of high importance driving value for the company and our clients. I will continue to be an active contributor in strategic partnership exchanges as well as high level client discussions impacting the overall business and lend the success I experienced overseeing client facing teams to the company as a whole.

It is imperative that these teams overlap in their goals and strategic approach towards our customers’ success while keeping our company’s larger vision as the driving force behind their efforts. I also oversee our team’s collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, Technology and others to ensure we’re delivering world class customer service and support to our clients. I am responsible for collecting customer and my team’s feedback and having a superior understanding of our business so as to serve as the voice for business needs related to high level initiatives within our company. Once those ideas come to fruition and new features and enhancements are rolled out within our platform, it is my groups’ responsibility to sell, educate, train, implement, consult and optimize against those key company initiatives. All the while it is important to ensure Proxibid drives revenue and maintains profitability across all of these important categories and business ventures, so I work closely with our strategic partnerships and at a high level within each department to constantly challenge and innovate new ways to push revenue and ultimately success for our clients and for Proxibid. Overall, it is my goal to develop each one of my team members into trusted business consultants for our customers to ensure every experience with our company lifts up their best interests and continues to build Proxibid into the most trusted marketplace within the industry and achieve shared success with our partners.
