I am required to understand and be able to discuss the menus with the members daily. This has taught me how to learn the menu and the different drinks that both locations have to offer. I have extensive knowledge of our wine list and can pair them well with our dishes. I also train all new service staff and help wherever I am asked to. In addition to serving, I also bartend and work banquets. All of these positions require me to work at a fast pace while upholding the standards of our club.
