Responsible for managing payroll, direct deposit information for staff, changes in withholding and other benefits, processing checks, and processing receipts and acknowledgement of donations for individuals and organizations as a 501(c)(3) organization. Responsible for maintaining records of accounts and processing payments based on receipt of invoices, also ensuring that taxes are not paid as a 501(c)(3) organization. Responsible for scheduling appointments, visits, and other meetings for pastors and staff principals.
