Jun. 2022La Porte, Indiana, United StatesProvide oversight and leadership for 13 optometric practices, including - revenue cycle management, staff management, patient relations, process management, product management, schedule management, business development, financial development, cost control management, risk management, property management, staff scheduling assistance, and doctor communication. ★ Lead, coach, and develop staff and practice managers to provide excellent patient-centric care, monitor key metrics, manage daily operations, enforce policies and procedures, as well as direct continuous improvement initiatives, increasing operational effectiveness and profitability. • Manage growth and development of practices with total revenue of 10 million and have continually seen increases yearly of 3-5%. • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations within revenue cycle management to ensure all services are billed and collected accurately and efficiently. • Develop, plan, organize, and implement current and future strategies to bill patients, process payments, improve cash flow, and manage the overall health of the company’s receivables. • Monitor all processes within each office for efficiency, recommending and instituting changes and development as needed. • Deliver training of new processes, new equipment, new software, changes in insurance plans, and new projects for customer service enhancement. Assist in training doctors on new developments and coding standards. • Lead on several committees to enhance new developments within the company. • Perform sales analysis weekly based on sales reports and focus on opportunities to further growth and development. • Create leadership presentations and team building seminars for additional training company-wide. • Communicate with all managers within the primary care division monthly through conference calls to motivate and encourage offices to achieve performance benchmarks.
