Aug. 2025New York, New York, United States• Program Leadership: Direct and assess all student success initiatives for 500+ engineering students across chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, and general engineering programs • Academic Resource Center Management: Coordinate, oversee, and evaluate tutoring operations including tutor recruitment, training, and professional development in modern pedagogical techniques • Summer Bridge Program: Plan, implement, and manage the CHESS (Cooper’s Help for Engineering Student Success) summer bridge program for incoming students • Data Analytics & Assessment: Conduct quantitative analysis of student success metrics including retention, persistence, and graduation rates from high school transition through graduation • Student Development Programming: Design and facilitate workshops on study techniques, test-taking strategies, critical thinking, and time management skills for rigorous STEM curriculum • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Admissions, Registrar, Institutional Research, Student Affairs, and all five engineering departments to coordinate comprehensive student support
