• Project Manager of two Global ATS implementations (Greenhouse and Lever) across PayU organization, oversee and facilitate the integration with the rest of the HR systems such as the employee management tool (Fusion), Global PayU website, internal communication tool (Workplace). Throughout these processes, I have worked closely with Prosus teams and covered all PayU Regions including PayU’s acquired businesses in India, Singapore, and Turkey
• Drive the recruitment tools adoption across EMEA and LATAM (Greenhouse and Lever)
• HR analytics: Built the Recruitment Dashboard for EMEA and mapp the Candidate Experience Analyses for all India, LATAM, EMEA
• Collaborate with local HRBPs and Stakeholders in order to fill in the roles with the best candidates on the market taking into consideration budget and local candidates shortage
• Building a culture around Hiring and positioning TA role as a strategic partner for the business while maintaining a data-driven and collaborative approach
• Direct line reporting in Romania, Moscow, Israel and dotted line in India and Amsterdam
