Jan. 2018 - Feb. 2022Région de Lausanne, SuisseProgramme design, development & delivery; Responsible for the curation and facilitation of three Communities of Practice (CoP) drawing actors from both within and outside the Impact Hub social innovation ecosystem. This includes researching and designing cross-disciplinary educational content. Our CoPs are based on blended learning (i.e. combining online and in-person learning). 1) Intrapreneurship Academy: Changing the System from Within is a 6-month professional development programme for employees of organisations evolving towards a more agile, entrepreneurial and purposeful culture. Through an applied innovation process packaged in a blended learning format, participants acquire new methods to create relevant solutions, build resilience as leaders and develop meaningful connections with other actors involved in the transition to a new economy. 2) Beyond Waste | Circular Resources Lab is a CoP mobilised around the following question: "What if we could redesign the economy into a regenerative and circular model?" Using Theory-U as a developmental framework and basis for reflective action, we co-design systemic solutions aiming for circular economy transformation. 3) Designing for Environmental Sustainability and Social Impact is a multi-local CoP gathered around a massive online course (MOOC) of the same name, delivered by our partner +Acumen, the world's school for social change. This CoP is established at Impact Hubs Accra, Budapest, Caracas, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon, Tegucigalpa and Vienna, globally coordinated out of Impact Hub Lausanne. With an average MOOC completion rate of 60% in our local CoPs compared to 6% for online learners, we are prototyping the future of education by developing the expertise of offline support for online learning. Supporting parter is MAVA Foundation.
