Defined strategies, positioning and key messages, developed communication concepts and adaptable global asset templates to build brand value across different market archetypes and all customer groups. Aligned with affiliates on forecasts, commercialization strategies, local brand plans, P&Ls and measures to drive in-market success. Successfully launched Clift®, a glatiramer acetate hybrid, the first follow on disease modifying treatment for Multiple Sclerosis in 15 European markets alongside its MyJectTM autoinjector registered as medical device. Revitalized declining, loss of exclusivity, established brands Leponex® (treatment-resistant schizophrenia) and Betaserc® (vertigo) by identifying growth drivers and putting a comprehensive global support plan in place.
