Leave Outpatient and Overtime Record • Contacting and reminder the administrator in Field offices for sending the Leave, outpatient and overtime data. • Collecting, checking and compiling the data for report every first week of the month. c. Master Data and Contract • Updating Master data every first week of the month • Preparing the new Contract and prolongation contract, Break period, Merit Letter, • Updating Personal data Staff ( Filling system/ hardcopy ) d. Employee Benefit • Register the new employee for insurance and updating data staffs. • Input data to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SippOnline) and register the new employee for BPJS Kesehatan. Admin & Logistic Officer: • Reviewing every Purchase Request submitted by staffs. • Maintains and checking Fuel for Boats, Office Stocks monthly • Checking and reviewing the list inventory in excel, agresso and physical check • Checking asset inventory on several Pos and Input inventory in Agresso system and Excel • Maintaining schedule for Boats monthly • Reviewing Overtime of team boat, security, office assistant and driver • Oversee 3 Securities , 1 coordinator team boat and his team, Office Assistant, Driver
