Oversee the entire campaign workflow — including contracting, product delivery, content review, publishing schedules, and post-campaign analysis. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., ER, CPM, CPS, conversions), and translate data into actionable insights. Keep influencer databases up to date and well-organized to ensure smooth workflow and accurate tracking. Curate and manage influencer-generated content (UGC) for use across owned and paid channels Work closely with creative, social, and growth teams to ensure influencer efforts are integrated with broader marketing initiatives. Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators to continuously improve campaign relevance and effectiveness. Contribute to strategic planning by proposing new content formats, collaboration models, and campaign ideas based on performance insights.
