My daily responsibilities included: * Customer communications (i.e. emailing, push and web notifications) working closely with CRM team and acting upon customer insight *PR activities (online and offline PR campaigns, advertorials, press bulletins, contacts with magazines, etc.) *Advertising campaigns (offline) *Event management (i.e. launch of season collections, blogger and press invites, customer events) *Third party agreements and campaigns (i.e. banks, telecom, fmcg companies to offer campaign deals to customers) *Customer happiness applications (Morhipo.com defines itself as a company offering unconditional customer happiness. The projects to achieve this goal include call center service improvement, third party (cargo, delivery) management, and direct contact with customers, gift management) *Coordination of graphic designs of all communication materials with the graphic design team.
