Managed a national campaign featuring Justin Bieber in partnership with Ardene that delivered over 50M+ impressions online, 20% sell of in the first week, 50% sell off in the first month, plus an average engagement rate users spent on the app exceeded over 5 minutes. Contributed to the management of projects ranging from $50,000 to $600,000+. Built reports highlighting campaign metrics and post-ROI analysis, targeted towards the needs of senior leaders and to optimize future programs. Managed department finances, payment tracking, and project P&L reports. Increased Universal Music's relationships with 3rd party brands and assisted with ideation to help brands integrate music into their core marketing strategies.
