IMPACT: o Served as instrumental force in building CKS/ SYNC® dashboard project’s business case to integrate Consumer and Sync Vehicle Data in single view of the consumer profile enabling Global Target Marketing Campaigns. CKS/ SYNC® Dashboard Project established Ford's Global Data, Insights and Analytics (GDI&A) function implementing for the first time Big Data Analytics (Apache Hadoop Framework) at Ford. o Prepared and handled of $16M operating/new IT development budget.
