I am a Cultural Manager with a strong focus on designing and managing community-driven experiences that enhance engagement, collaboration, and organizational culture. My background combines hospitality, guest experience, and administrative coordination, allowing me to effectively oversee both operational processes and human-centered initiatives. I have experience leading multicultural teams, coordinating volunteers, organizing events, and implementing structured yet dynamic environments that support both efficiency and meaningful connection. I am skilled in conflict resolution, team facilitation, and creating strategies that strengthen community well-being and participation. Additionally, I have participated for two years as a dancer in the Carnaval de Negros y Blancos, a UNESCO-recognized cultural celebration. This experience involved in-depth research and embodiment of ancestral characters inspired by Andean-Amazonian rivers and jungles, strengthening my understanding of cultural identity, heritage preservation, and performative storytelling within community contexts.
