Oct. 2013SingaporeTBSM (Treasury and Balance Sheet Management) • Responsible for supporting TBSM application (Treasury and Balance Sheet Management), application which is responsible for Evaluating Risk through report generation. Data coming from different trading applications as well as other bank related systems were being processed by this application to give to business group to absorb and use for business analysis. • Liaise with different line of businesses for any reporting issues on downstream or upstream feeds. • Liaise with developers and business owners for troubleshooting Market, Treasury, Credit, Trades and Fund Transfer data feeds. • Assist and participate with any project within EITO-SSG TBSM group. • Responsible for documenting all changes and newly implemented processes as reference to critical information and resources as they pertain to TBSM production support. • SOD reporting to ensure critical upstream feeds were OK at the start of business day and will not impact critical applications. • Responisible for monitoring system health for all TBSM Servers. Recent projects accomplished: o Has participated and part of bringing up Monitoring system for TBSM using Geneos (ITRS). o Autosys implementation as standard batch processing platform for Canoe. Technology Response Application Support: • As part of a Technology Response team and in extension with EITO teams in Canada and North America we are responsible for the maintenance, optimization and support of Mission Critical Trading, Payment, Internet Banking and other applications used all around the bank. • CHANGE /Deployment Tasks: Part of being production support is assisting Dev for any Change and Deployment activity related to TBSM. Deployment of binaries for Vision releases, etc. • Troubleshoot day to day application incidents/issues via Service Now and coordinate to different LOBs or vendors if necessary.
