Oct. 2002 - Aug. 2003The State of Michigan implemented a new, Federally-mandated, child- support system and asked our firm to develop and distribute a technical training solution to instruct the state employees on this new application. Mr. Goeschel was liaison between subject matter experts and the development team to facilitate construction of a web-based, computer training tool. He engineered and maintained a sterile training environment. He wrote and reviewed content and drafted delta documents to point out where revisions and upgrades were necessary in the computer-based training. He wrote explanatory content and training scenarios for use in the child support system help file and assured quality by implementing and monitoring peer-to-peer reviews as well as reviews by other departments.

Jan. 2001 - Oct. 2002Mr. Goeschel designed and developed Plumtree-certified curricula for both instructor-led and online e-learning courses. He created classroom environments used for publicly delivered Plumtree certified training and was training consultant for on-site classroom setup at private facilities. Mr. Goeschel maintained technical competency of all facets of Plumtree Software including installation, administration, development of gadget web services, and content administration. He trained customers and employees in the use of Plumtree Software and facilitated the relationship between Plumtree and external training vendors for delivery of training at nationally recognized facilities. Mr. Goeschel wrote proposals and statements of work for training, software and hardware purchases, and interviewed potential employees and made hiring recommendations. He redesigned the folder structure used internally at Plumtree Software and was community manager and maintainer for the Education Services department. He ensured timely, quality delivery of projects, deliverables, tasks, and data related to courseware and training development.
